These terms govern your use of MadhyamConnect, a broker-to-broker real-estate network operated by GenX Digital Solutions and built by Brahmalabs Studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance & eligibility
The service is intended for real-estate professionals. By using it you confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement and that the information you provide is true. If you use the service on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorised to bind that firm.
2. What the platform is — and is not
MadhyamConnect is a neutral technology platform and network. It provides tools to list, discover, connect and manage — it does not itself broker, own, buy, sell, value or guarantee any property or transaction. We are not a party to any deal you do with another broker or a customer.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity in your workspace. Keep your details accurate and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use. One broker is one workspace.
4. Your content and RERA responsibility
You own and are responsible for the listings, profile, media and messages you post. You confirm you have the right to post them and that they are accurate and not misleading.
RERA registration numbers, project details and ownership information you enter are supplied by you and are not independently verified by the platform. You are solely responsible for your own compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and its state rules — including registering as a real-estate agent where required and not marketing unregistered projects.
5. Prohibited content and conduct
- No false, misleading or fraudulent listings or claims.
- No content that infringes another's rights, is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or harmful.
- No dealing in projects that are required to be RERA-registered but are not.
- No scraping, reverse-engineering, or disrupting the service, and no misuse of another broker's data on the network.
6. No verification, no guarantee
We do not verify every listing, price, RERA status, title or party on the network. Where we show a listing or attribute as 'verified', that label applies only to the specific check we actually performed, which we define in our Disclaimer. You must independently verify any property and any counterparty — including on the official state RERA portal — before you transact.
We do not guarantee leads, connections, deal outcomes, or any commercial result from using the service.
7. Intermediary status & takedown
As a platform that hosts broker-generated content, we operate as an intermediary and follow the due-diligence obligations under the Information Technology Rules, 2021. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms or on a valid legal order, and we will act on such orders within the timelines the law requires.
8. Fees, subscriptions & taxes
Some features are offered on paid plans. Prices, inclusions and applicable taxes are shown before you buy. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, brand and design are owned by Brahmalabs Studio and its group. You keep ownership of your own content and grant us a limited licence to host and display it so the service can function.
10. Disclaimers, liability & indemnity
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on unverified network data or from a transaction with a third party.
You agree to indemnify the platform against claims arising from your listings, your conduct, or your breach of these terms or of law.
11. Grievance Officer, governing law & changes
For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer through our contact page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
